2 cups sugar
2 heaping tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Butter an 8" x 8" baking dish. Place peanut butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Bring sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to a rolling boil. Boil for one minute.
I am going to make this one day when all of my kids are out of the house, eat it in front of a good movie, and go to bed a very happy woman. Thanks for the recipe!!

What type of sugar do u put in bc my grandma uses powdered sugar just making sure I use the right sugar thanks
ReplyDeleteI use regular granulated sugar. I've actually never heard of using powdered sugar. That's very interesting! :)
ReplyDeleteI made this recipe tonight and it turned out really good but i think i put a little to much peanut butter in it. Next time i will put what it calls for. I have made several recipes for fudge this week this is the third and best one yet. It is hard to stop eating...really easy
