Another Whole Wheat Pancake Recipe

Whole Wheat Pancakes - food.com

1 tbs honey
3 tbs vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Stir honey and oil together in a bowl.  Add milk and eggs and beat well. Mix dry ingredients into the liquid mixture and stir until moistened.  

Heat pan over medium heat.  Melt a few tablespoons of margarine.  Drop about 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake.  Cook until top begins to bubble; flip.  Add more margarine between each batch of pancakes.  Cook remaining batter.

  1. I woke up craving pancakes (the last one I had was like 4 months ago) and found your awesome recipe. They're really less carbageddon than classic one but without sacrificing the taste!
