Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Fries



Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

1 large sweet potato
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Slice sweet potato fries.  Toss with olive oil, brown sugar, and Cajun seasoning.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
