Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs garlic, minced
Cajun seasoning to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Sprinkle chicken tenders with Cajun seasoning on both sides.  Mix all remaining ingredients.  Brush onto tenders, coating both sides.  Bake in a greased baking dish for 15 - 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  2. I deleted my last post because I wanted to write a new one! We tried these last night and they were yummy! We had them with mac and cheese, baked potatoes and mixed fruit. I will make this again! When I plated mine, I drizzled a little extra honey over the top. I loved it!

  3. Can you do this if the chicken is frozen?

    1. Yes, though you may need to increase the cooking time to compensate for the temperature of the chicken. Hope that helps!
