7 eggs
3 tbs milk
5 slices deli ham, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12 muffin tin cups with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Stir in ham and cheese. Divide evenly in muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.

ReplyDeleteI haven't frozen them before. I'm not sure how well they would freeze because it is primarily made of eggs. Let me know if you decide to give it a try!
