Caramelized Garlic Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbs margarine, plus more as needed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup water
Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Cook garlic for one minute. Add brown sugar and cook until melted, about 2 minutes.
Brown chicken for 4 - 6 minutes on each side. Add more margarine as needed to avoid sticking. Add water and cook for 8 minutes longer, turning once.
