I use whole wheat flour in everything I possibly can. I even converted my former white bread loving husband. It's so much healthier, and I find I can eat more without feeling disgustingly full, which is very important to me. :)
Came across your photo on foodgawker as well and am always looking for great whole wheat waffle recipes. This one did not disappoint! It's the lightest, fluffiest whole wheat waffle I have ever had. Love these!
