Crispy Bbq Chicken Fingers - adapted from How Sweet Eats
1-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken  tenders
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
1/4 cup Kraft bbq sauce
1 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp chili powder 
Combine buttermilk and bbq sauce in a  baking dish. Add chicken to buttermilk. Marinate for 2 hours or  overnight.
Preheat oven to 450.  Combine breadcrumbs, Cajun seasoning, garlic  powder, chili powder, and flour in a large bowl. Coat each chicken piece in breadcrumb  mix, turning to coat both sides.  Place in a baking dish prepared with cooking spray.  Spray each pieces with cooking spray or olive  oil.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, flip, coat with  cooking spray, and bake for another 6-8 minutes, until juices run clear.  When finished, brush with BBQ sauce.
