Cheesy Corn Muffins

Cheesy Corn Muffins

1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 can sweet corn
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.  In a large bowl, combine corn muffin mix, egg, chili powder, and black pepper.  Add in corn and cheddar cheese, mixing just until combined.  Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.  Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
