Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge



Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge - adapted from food.com

2 cups sugar
2 heaping tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Butter an 8" x 8" baking dish.  Place peanut butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl.  Bring sugar, cocoa powder, and milk to a rolling boil.  Boil for one minute.  

Pour mixture over peanut butter and vanilla.  Beat for one minute, until thick.  Pour into greased baking dish.  Allow to cool before slicing.

  2. This recipe would be perfect for that! I am embarrassed to say that I had to send most of it to work with my husband because I could not restrain myself from eating it all. Oops!

  7. What type of sugar do u put in bc my grandma uses powdered sugar just making sure I use the right sugar thanks

  8. I use regular granulated sugar. I've actually never heard of using powdered sugar. That's very interesting! :)

  9. I made this recipe tonight and it turned out really good but i think i put a little to much peanut butter in it. Next time i will put what it calls for. I have made several recipes for fudge this week this is the third and best one yet. It is hard to stop eating...really easy
