Chicken and Bacon Crescent Braid



Chicken and Bacon Crescent Braid
1 can Pillsbury crescent dough or crescent rolls
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 egg white

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.  Unroll dough and press seams together if using crescent rolls. Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese. Place chicken mixture along middle 1/3 of dough, lengthwise.  Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon over chicken, followed by the cheese.  

Cut slits on each side of the mixture, leaving 1/2" on either side.  Fold slits over, braid style, along the length of the dough.  Brush with egg white.  Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
