Chicken Spaghetti

Chicken Spaghetti

10 oz. whole wheat pasta
2 tbs olive oil, separated
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 tbs garlic
2 cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs brown sugar

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Heat olive oil in deep skillet on medium to medium-high heat.  Brown chicken for 2 minutes.  Flip and brown other side.  Remove.

Add 1 tbs olive oil to the pan.  Cook for 1 - 2 minutes.  Lower heat to medium-low and add tomato paste, 2 cans of tomato sauce, sugar, and brown sugar.  Cook for 15 minutes,
stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.  Add chicken to the pan.  Stir to coat.  Cook for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
