Pancake Syrup

Pancake Syrup - recipezaar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp vanilla or maple extract

Boil together and cook gently for 3 minutes.  Cool. Bottle and store in refrigerator.
